This is a very cool easy to set up lift, I installed it into a custom serving bar at my Gazebo.
Everyone raves about it, and it drops my 75" QN90A into a weather tight box for safe storage.
It takes it about 40 seconds to fully raise, enough time to brag and gloat!!

Why did I take away a star then? The type of people who would spend the money to build a custom enclosed cabinet or buy one of the awesome ones offered here are also going to get a state of the art TV. One of the functions that drew me to this lift was the ability through the delay switch to detect power on and start to lift automatically. Unfortunately this does not seem to work with newer smart TVs. So one more remote or app is needed.

From the beginning I placed the order at 7PM on a Sunday, realizing I accidentally ordered two units and only wanted one I sent an email asking for a refund on one unit. I received an email within a couple hours "" no problem we will refund it right away"". Next day money was refunded. I've never had such quick customer service I received the TV lift and it was just as described, quality fit and finish and functioned perfectly. Highly recommend these guys not only for the awesome product, but their customer service is second to none. I will be using there product again for sure!
