To accurately determine whether or not your TV, or the TV you intend to buy, will fit a certain cabinet style, you must measure the TV's three dimensions: width, height, and depth.
Step 1: Measure the width
Using a tape measure, measure the width of your TV by extending a tape measure horizontally across the entire TV unit. Be certain to include the entire TV frame in your measurement.
Step 2: Measure the height
Measure the height of your TV by extending a tape measure vertically across the TV unit. Be certain to include the entire TV frame in your measurement.
Step 3: Measure the depth
Measure the depth of your TV by extending a tape measure across the thickest part of your TV unit. Do not include in your depth measurement any TV stand that may be included with your unit.

Using wood from sustainably managed forests actually reduces carbon dioxide emissions, as the carbon dioxide stored by the forest and in the timber product outweighs any carbon dioxide created during the production of the product.
