Every year I struggle to come up with ideas for holiday gifts for my husband. We’ve done the whole jewelry thing (watch, ring and St. Christopher medal). Golf getaways. Check. Football tickets to favorite teams. Done that too. And yes – last year, at long last, his favorite gift to date – a large, flat screen television for watching all his favorite sporting events (far away from me).

So what to do this year? I’ve Googled, Binged and Yahoo’d top gifts for guys this holiday season and up pops everything from personal exercise electronics (never gonna happen), to chef’s gear (hahaha) and gardening tools (not for my guy). I decided to focus on his man cave. He’s already got his favorite recliner, pointed directly at the television screen. Plasma TVs are known for their warm colors and deep blacks.
